The Complete Bread Mix can be used as a base for loaves, rolls, baguettes, pizza bases, ciabatta and focaccia; while the Complete Pancake & Waffle mix is the base for waffles, American style pancakes, crepes, mini doughnuts or anything else which needs a sweet batter.
